Privacy policy

We process very little data, and we explain it in a few lines. This policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What we process

Whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp: your address, your name if you sign it, and what you tell us. This site has no forms, no registration and no user accounts.

On the CDN page, the radar in the header shows the visitor their own IP address and the city Cloudflare infers from it. Your browser requests it on each visit; it is not stored and nobody else sees it.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to manage the contractual relationship. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not add you to mailing lists.

Legal basis

Your consent when you contact us and, where a professional relationship exists, performance of a contract and compliance with the associated legal obligations. Measuring visits with Google Analytics rests solely on your consent, which you give or withdraw in the cookie notice.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless the law requires it. We do rely on technology providers — email, hosting and site protection — which act as data processors, handle the data only on our instructions, and are bound by a processing agreement.

International transfers

Some of those providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Where that entails an international transfer, it relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses, with any additional safeguards required.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to deal with it and, where invoicing is involved, for the periods required by commercial and tax law. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection by writing to the address above. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. To count visits we use Web Analytics from Cloudflare, our hosting provider: it uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify you. It records the page you view, the page you came from, how long it takes to load, and your country, browser and type of device; your IP address is not stored. It is the only thing your browser downloads from outside this domain. On top of that, and with your permission, we measure visits with Google Analytics through Zaraz, Cloudflare's tag manager: it is served from this same domain and sends the data to Google from Cloudflare's servers, so your browser never connects to Google. Zaraz loads on every page and stores one empty cookie, cf_zaraz_client, for one year. Your answer is kept in the zaraz-consent cookie, also for one year. Google Analytics runs only if you accept, and then stores two more cookies: cfz_google-analytics_v4, which identifies your browser to Google Analytics, for one year, and cfzs_google-analytics_v4, which identifies the visit, until you close the browser. You can change your answer at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the foot of every page. If you withdraw your permission, Google Analytics stops running; those two cookies are no longer used and expire on their own, though you can delete them sooner from your browser.

Changes to this policy

If the way we process data changes, we will update this page. The published version is always the one in force.
